This is a case for the perfectly crafted LaunchBox. Engineered to snugly hold parts in place securely. Now you can take a closer look at these instructions I happen to own a Printrbot Simple Metal, and as such, my design tolerances are optimized for that specific printer. This printer comes equipped with a 0.4mm nozzle and boasts impressive calibration. My final version was printed using woodfill with 0.3mm layer height and 15% infill density. Getting the LaunchBox to fit its designated slot took some sanding, as it turned out a bit too snug at first, but the rest of the parts slotted right in. If you decide to print your LaunchBox using standard PLA filament, you should have no issues provided that your printer is properly calibrated and boasts a 0.4 nozzle diameter. In such cases, everything should fit seamlessly.
