This is a first pass at making a cap to allow a laundry detergent bottle to be used as a sharps container. For cases where a real sharps container cannot be obtained. This is based on the [FDA](https://www.fda.gov/medical-devices/safely-using-sharps-needles-and-syringes-home-work-and-travel/sharps-disposal-containers) and [CDC](https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/covid-19/training-education/strategies-sharps-disposal-container.html) guidelines for sharps disposal during supply shortages. This should not be used to replace sharps containers where proper containers can be obtained. The cap should prevent sharps from falling back out of the bottle under normal conditions. Since this is a screw cap, it could be opened by children or other irresponsible individuals. And it should not be relied upon to prevent access to the contents of the bottle. This thing was designed in OpenSCAD. Version 2: Changed the size of the funnel and opening. This should make putting things into it even easier.
