Laundry Detergent Cup Drain - remodeled

Laundry Detergent Cup Drain - remodeled

This was inspired by the original Laundry Detergent Cup Drain and modeled from scratch in Fusion 360. As is, it fits the new Tide bottle, but the model is fully parametric and therefore can be adjusted to fit other detergent brands. It uses 40% less* filament and about the same in printing time than the original. It has added drain "lip" to prevent leaking back out. *use Slic3r for additional reduction in filament use. Steps described in Print Settings section. A request was made to list the dimensions for each brand. Unfortunately I have lost the original measurements and I was only able to get **close estimates by measuring the STL files**. If you find these not to be correct, please let me know. **Tide, Gain, Downy:** - Opening inner diameter: *27.3 mm* - Cap innner diameter: *35.5 mm* - Cap depth: *10 mm* - Thread hight: *1.5 mm* - Thread pitch: *3.25 mm* **Kirkland:** - Opening inner diameter: *24.3 mm* - Cap innner diameter: *31.7 mm* - Cap depth: *7.5 mm* - Thread hight: *1.35 mm* - Thread pitch: *4.0 mm* **Sun, All:** - Opening inner diameter: *26.0 mm* - Cap innner diameter: *32.5 mm* - Cap depth: *7.5 mm* - Thread hight: *1.3 mm* - Thread pitch: *4.3 mm* **Era:** - Opening inner diameter: *28.0 mm* - Cap innner diameter: *37.0 mm* - Cap depth: *10.0 mm* - Thread hight: *1.3 mm* - Thread pitch: *3.5 mm* **Arm&Hammer, Purex, Persil, Xtra:** - Opening inner diameter: *30.0 mm* - Cap innner diameter: *37.5 mm* - Cap depth: *7.5 mm* - Thread hight: *1.3 mm* - Thread pitch: *4.5 mm*
