Lawn Mower Wheel with Bearings

<p><strong>Lawnmower Replacement Wheel!</strong></p><p>After breaking a wheel on my lawn mower, and unable to find a viable replacement. I decided to simply make a new one.</p><p>This is a 2 part design utilizing both a “Wheel” printed in PETG and “Tire” printed in TPU for durability. Both the wheel and tire where printed in a “Red” so that they would match the color scheme on my Lawn Mower.</p><p>The wheel is Printed in <a href="https://www.prusa3d.com/product/prusament-petg-carmine-red-transparent-1kg/">Prusament Carmine Red PETG</a></p><p>The tire is printed <a href="https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07BK4GQKM">SainSmart Transparent Red TPU</a></p><p>The wheel also uses steel bearings that are pressed into the wheel hub. </p><p>Bearings used: <a href="https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B08H27MZJD/">https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B08H27MZJD/</a></p><p>Once printing of both part is completed a bit of E6000 glue can be placed on the inside of the “Tire” and then simply press the “Tire” and “Wheel" together and allow to dry. </p><p>Happy Mowing!</p><p><strong>Dimensions of Hub:</strong></p><p>35.75mm Wheel shaft</p><p>12.7mm Wheel Shaft diameter</p><p> </p>
