I developed these shapes to help students understand the differences between layer heights. This will give examples of model appearance and printing time. for reference, the .4mm took 47 minutes, the .2mm took 1 hour and 10 minutes, and the .1mm took 1 hour and 52 minutes. I used a Makerbot Replicator +, Makerbot Print software, and pictures have been added to show where to change the layer height in the program.
