This is a LCD housing for Folger Tech 2020 printers or other v-slot rail frame systems. Designed for the 2004 LCD display w/ SD Card reader. Flexible front panel under knob activates the stop switch. Mounts w/ 2 twist lock t-nuts to hold to frame and uses 2 self tapping screws to fasten housings together trapping LCD PC board. Finger access to SD card on side. Spacing under panel to allow free motion of extruder wires. How I Designed This Original design in picture had a curve on front face that was wide at bottom and narrowed toward the top. I printed both sides with front and back surfaces face down. The slight curvature had significant stepping and required support which required sanding. I painted with a metallic finish. Although I am still using the original pieces, I removed the front face curvature to reduce finishing for others.
