LCD Smart Display Case and 2020 Mount (2004)

Drew up a case for my LCD2004 from RepRapGuru. This one has the connectors pointing straight off the back.. not angled down at 90 degrees like some other ones I've seen. I've included the Fusion files for that very reason - so you can make your own edits. The LCD mounts into the front portion of the case with some M3x10mm screws (or a little longer works too). When installing the screen, the front of the case has to be expanded to let the screen past the socket for the M3 screw that holds the top together. Sounds confusing - but you'll see once you print it out. To mount the back cover, you need some M3 x 10 screws (2) and a M3 x 8 screw (1).
