DON'T STEAL THIS BY SELLING IT ON EBAY !! FIRST ASK ME !! CAUTION !! Leafs printed from PLA failed over time and brake !! I designed new stronger one and will see if this will hold. new design is more stiff but also stronger so multi leaf is not good from PLA so better try in PTEG Movie how to assembly this is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q62tlbogFJM Update: 28.08.2019 I think this will be the last update. While I started to upgrade My Fayee FY004A I wanted to upgrade My design. I notice that old design don't have smooth edges and leafs are made out of two parts combined and dimensions are not correct. I redesign leafs using high resolution parts and now they are perfect for 0.4mm nozzle :) I also reinforced eyes a little to protect from braking off. You can find and modify this design here: https://www.tinkercad.com/users/ijdXrBIYp5t-adrian202gt Update: 02.08.2018 As request I closed hole on mount's to prevent from slipping from rail and that is v4 version, I still need to check if hole is not to long but it should be fine :) If someone will print that before Me please confirm that. Also people print it from PTEG and say that it work better than from PLA, I just did not print from PTEG yet so I never try that :D Update: 09.07.2018 - I removed that pin from collection because I don't think this would work - I uploaded version v3 of mounts and arms that have 1.8mm holes and v2 have 2mm holes, depending on printer that holes will be bigger or smaller that's why is better to print v3 and drill out with CCW rotation and 2mm drill. I don't know if screw will not brake part when You try to screw it on v3 version but You will have choice. Update 03:06.2018 - I modified mounts so now You can use WPL screws to mount it and I added some material on arms so they will not brake so easy. - I also designed prototype pin and will try to use that instead of M2 screws If You don't have printer and You want to Purchase My designed parts You can contact this people: Danielle from Australia - dc-3d@outlook.com Stef from United Kingdom - stefygoodman@live.co.uk Jay from United States - jaymillz3d@gmail.com Henryk from Germany (only in PTEG) - Henryk.stenzel@gmx.net (If You want your mail to be here just write to Me) Parts are designed to be easy to print and assembly :) If You want to print anything else just ask theme :) Someone tested this design and like it but I still don't have time to play with that but will put this in My new B24 :) I uploaded parts here: https://www.tinkercad.com/users/ijdXrBIYp5t-adrian202gt In this moment I'm testing this design to see how this work. Tilting mechanic work fine, You can adjust flex by adding or removing leafs. It need M2 12mm screws and some nuts but I need to test that also. I uploaded preview so anyone can see how that is assembled :) I's still working on it but in this moment this design work (for me) I printed this in PLA at half speed with 0.2mm layers If You want You can print this and test it. Print is fast (46 minutes at half speed) and don't take much material because it's smaller than original and leafs got only 2 walls. I will upload any changed files and write what I changed and started tu put version numbers so anyone will know if I changed something I always post updates on Facebook groups: https://web.facebook.com/groups/1775918592710859/ https://web.facebook.com/groups/1568692219864380/ If You got any suggestions You can write to me here or on Facebook: https://web.facebook.com/Adrian202RC
