In Cura with the emblem facing outward, I just scale the X dimension to the width of the forehead. Have fun! Best print for me was vertical, with no supports. Post-Printing Attaching a band The best way to glue some material to the back for the headband was to use contact glue (some kind of latex glue worked well).
