Leaflet Display (horizontal) cnc
thingiverse
When I attended my first Maker Faire, I had some eye-catching leaflets to distribute and showcase the incredible things that can be achieved with a high-quality CNC machine. They were designed in landscape orientation and simply placed on the table, but I couldn't help thinking it would be fantastic to have a holder or display to make them stand out. So, after returning home, I created this innovative leaflet display. It was crafted from 20 mm hardwood and an aluminum-polyethylene-compound material that I obtained as scrap from a local sign maker. Using my desktop CNC machine from Stepcraft, I employed a spiral-toothed 3 mm flute for the wood and a 2 mm single-flute end-mill to cut the compound-material. After some light sanding, I oiled the wood and assembled the pieces without any additional fasteners. Please note that the STL file is intended for viewing purposes only and will not work if printed on an FDM printer. For more exciting designs, visit https://www.zenziwerken.de/en/.
