I designed this to stabilize the Y axis on my printer. Initially, I created the first ones using machined aluminum. Since I have multiple machines, I created a printable version for the other devices in my collection. You'll need to drill a clean hole before installation, but once installed, it significantly stiffens the Y-axis direction. I printed this with five layers on each top, side, and bottom surface. I employed the standard Leapfrog .3 settings within Simplify 3D's slicing software.
