Leatherman Ratchet Driver Double Ended Bit Holder

Leatherman Ratchet Driver Double Ended Bit Holder

It holds the Leatherman Ratchet Driver, 11 double sided bits, and a slot for misc things like a spare jigsaw blade for a Surge or a firesteel. STANDARD HIGHT (25MM) BITS MIGHT GET STUCK! If there is actual demand I might remake this for standard height bits, but you'll lose 1/2 of the functionality. The bits and Ratchet Driver are all friction fitted. They may feel REALLY tight the first time you try to remove them, but after 4-5 insertions they'll fit just right. I really wanted something that was comfortable in my pocket that let me keep the extra bits and ratchet driver close at all times. This was what I came up with. I have a surge for my EDC, so I put a spare jigsaw blade in there. The hole is 108mm deep, 2.5mm tall, and 11.25mm wide. So you can store whatever in there. If you'd like to secure the contents into place, print the cap that I included.I used a 3/4 by #6 screw for the hole to secure the cap, and screwed it in until the tension was perfect. The bits I'm using are the Wiha 77780. I got them a that I got from Amazon as a 13 piece set. I just didn't include the two flat bits because there are flat bits built into the Leatherman already. You don't need these exact models. The holes are 20mm deep, so any 30mm or taller bits should be easy to remove without getting stuck.
