Leatherman Wave waterproof belt pack What: A waterproof container on the belt for a Leatherman Wave and other appliances to protect them when in corrosive environment like marine environments. Fits: - a Leatherman Wave (in the middel directly under the cap) - 20 Leatherman bits (in front of the Leatherman Wave and in a printed bitholder) - a Leatherman ratchet (on one side) - a small BIC lighter (on the other side and in a printed sleeve) - 0ne kiss of life (in the bottom beneath Leatherman Wave) Waterproof: Waterproof feature is not guaranteed and depending on the print quality. Mostly layer adhesion and the actual printed surfaces of the sealing parts. Instructions: - Print belt pack and cap in PETG or PLA with the openings up with support everywhere (limited at 65 degrees worked for me). - Print seal, bitholder, sleeve and sleeve cap in TPU with the sleeve and sleeve cap openings up and with the plug of the seal up. Update 19-12-2022 - The seal improved (less support required on seal part and the rib for waterproofness now on the container paret instead of under side of seal part). - Rounded sharp edges at screw lid on the container part. - Finger pinching openings in the neck to get the Leatherman out with ease. - Added a handle to a lighter sleeve cap to get the lighter out with ease.
