We have two of these Leatt Fusion 2.0 chest protectors with integrated Leatt neck brace. The rubber connections between the two halves all broke. I printed these 100% infill with TPU and would suggest a higher durometer. The hinge side opposite of the latch is designed to flex some. The other side has flex in one direction but is designed to be somewhat ridged as I believe that will help in the case the neck brace feature is tested. Since these may affect the functionality of the neck brace it would be best to buy official replacements if they exist. Using these may decrease the safety benefits of the original. Use at own risk.
