LED Acrylic Badge

LED Acrylic Badge

thingiverse

This is my first ever attempt at designing a 3D print, so please let me know how it goes. It is a simple assembly process (align the wires accordingly, place the plates in order, and push the plugs through). :3 The housing is modeled after a 5mm LED and a CR2032 button cell battery. UPDATE: I just noticed that the SVG (Acrylic Badge (body).svg) did not have any holes for the plugs to go through. :/ The issue should be resolved now. :3 UPDATE: Finished the final version of the LED edge lit badge. It now includes areas in the print to lead the wires (so it doesn't press too much on the acrylic) and a switch so you no longer have to take it apart to turn it off. Next up, I will be trying to design one for the Neopixel Stick! :3 Print Settings Printer: ZYYX Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 10% Notes: This device has not been tested, but I will be working on it. I do plan on adding a housing for a compact switch, but I've got to make sure everything else works first. :3
