LED Base for Acrylic Engraving

This is a holder for an acrylic sign, with a 10mm LED Strip. The base has just enough room to pack a small microcontroller in if you want to use a NeoPixel strip. Or... adjust it in SolidWorks (Maker Edition). I used a 12volt all white LED strip, with a transformer I had sitting around. For those who are curious -- The image shown engraved is a "woman tree of life" engraving I bought on ETSY and engraved using a diamond drag-bit on a SainSmart CNC. Oh and maybe a bit of a "cheat", but for the bottom, I cover the LED strip with 2" industrial velcro (the soft side) ... which gives you the option of making sure you don't scratch furniture or... sticking positive velcro somewhere to make sure the base never moves.
