LED Font Modular

Have created here a completely modular ABC system. Each letter is combinable with each other so that even whole sentences are possible. Each element is therefore not adapted to the next letter but each letter is adapted to the platform. This results in per element 6 files that can be printed as desired. Now anyone without 3D modeling knowledge can print a LED font itself. Letter and pedestal are plugged into each other a cable feed through is given for all elements. The following files are available for each element: the letter itself the front aperture pedestal (closed) Pedestal (passage) Pedestal (open left) Pedestal (open right) As an example if the name ,,MAX,, is to be printed the following files are needed: Letter + aperture ,,M,, Pedestal ,,M right open,, Letter + fascia ,,A,, Pedestal ,,A passage,, Letter + orifice ,,X,, Pedestal ,,X open left,, So the name ,,MAX,, should be printed to ensure a perfect LED strips implementation. Scaling is possible down to 50% smaller with some rework. At 100% scaling, the size is 30cm. At the pedestal and the respective compound letters can be glued so that the name or word is very stable. I would also appreciate any suggestions for improvement or if the printed font is uploaded here.
