No fancy CAD work here, but I certainly want to share! I have a cheap Desk Lamp with 52 LEDs, but IT'S WAY TOO BRIGHT!!! So, I made a set of dome diffusers with White PLA to save my son's eyes and soften the light. THIS IS ALSO VERY USEFUL FOR PHOTOGRAPHY APPLICATIONS!!! OD: 67.75 ID: 63.75 Don't forget, though, you may Scale this to fit your application! 3 Styles: Short (1), Hemisphere (2), and Egg (3) Print Settings Printer: Da Vinci 1.0 PRO (+E3D V6) Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.20mm to 0.30mm Infill: 10%-15% Notes: Scale to fit your desired size. Low infill, since you want more light to pass through. Use a Brim. 5mm works for me. Try to avoid using a heated bed. It can trap heat inside the dome and create problems at the end of your print.
