Here's a way to mount 15mm corner light bar extrusions on top of a 3D printer. These are designed to attach to 2020 or 2040 extrusion with M3x8 screws and M3 T-nuts, and the photo is with them mounted on my BLV mgn Cube. Easiest to print on its back, with support blockers for the holes, and tree supports for the slight overhang. Depending on your printer, you may be able to print the overhang without supports. After printing, just slide in the light bars, no screws required.
