Light up the inside of your Makerbot Thing-O-Matic! This mounting bracket supports an LED module that was originally designed to be used as a replacement for halogen (12VDC) lamps. The screw holes on the brackets match the hole spacing of the "unused / extra" rod support on the top front of the Thing-O-Matic. Inset nuts allow easy installation. You don't even need to make holes in your Thing-O-Matic! Instructions The spacing of the wire leads fits nicely into a molex-style connector with pin spacing of 0.156" I use connectors to make it trivial to replace an LED module if one fails. The LEDs are designed to run off of 12VDC. They are "polarity indifferent" - I have plugged them with + and - in both directions and they work the same and draw the same amount of current! extremely simple and handy.
