# LED Panel Holder - Spectrum 120x30 Alu IP20 32W ## English: I created a holder for an LED installation panel from Spectrum. During the development I made sure that the holder is very robust and the LED panel is easy to assemble. It was also important to me that the LED panel has enough space to the ceiling so that on the one hand the power supply can be placed in between and that the LED panel has enough space to dissipate its heat. Many designs that are available here attach the LED panel directly under the ceiling and thus lead to heat build-up. The slot nuts in the frame are used to attach the LED panels, which means that this design can only be used for other installation panels if these slot nuts also have an M4 thread. ### What is needed: * 4x printed holder * 4x M4 screw 10mm * 4x countersunk screws (in my case 3.5x25mm) * 4x dowels suitable for the wood screw Foam adhesive tape as a buffer between holder and LED panel (for optimal fit) ## Deutsch: Ich habe einen Halter für eine LED Einbaupanel von Spectrum erstellt. Beim der Entwicklung habe ich darauf geachtet das der Halter sehr robust ist und das LED Panel einfach zu montieren ist. Wichtig war mir auch, dass das LED Panel genug Platz zur Decke hat, damit einerseits das Netzteil dazwischen platziert werden kann und damit das LED Panel genügend Platz hat um seine Wäre abzuführen. Viele Designs die hier zur Verfügung stehen befestigen das LED Panel direkt unter der Decke und führen so zu einem Hitzestau. Zur befestigung des LED Panels werden die Nutsteine im Rahmen verwendet, das bedeutet das man dieses Design für andere Einbaupanels nur nutzen kann wenn auch diese Nutsteine mit M4 Gewinde besitzen. ### Was wird benötigt: * 4x gedruckter Halter * 4x M4 Schraube 10mm * 4x Holschrauben Senkkopf (in meinen Fall 3.5x25mm) * 4x Dübel passend zur Holzschraube Schaumstoffklebeband als Puffer zwischen Halter und LED Panel (für optimale Passung)
