LED Pendant with Switch

thingiverse

I made a switchable LED Flashlight ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3895435 ) and wanted something that pointed forward while hanging for walking, jogging or whatever, at night. So I used most of my flashlight's design and came up with this. FWIW, I used PLA+ (big deal, eh? You'll use what you want...) No supports needed. Parts needed: 1 5mm 3v LED (you can get about a hundred of them for like 7 bucks) 1 2032 Battery 1 Switch - SS12F1-G3, SS-12F16, or equivalent (easy to find on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0799R529Z ) 1 3D Printed Base 1 3D Printed Cover Also, a soldering iron, solder (of course!) and snips. I also drop in a random piece of foam, just because (see pic). Be aware that I made this a tight fit so that it could be pretty tiny, so you need to cut one ear and the opposite tab off of the switch (see pic). The cover is a snap fit, no glue needed unless you absolutely must (remember, the battery should be replaceable!). Press it in first right over the switch and then gently press in the remainder.
