LED Rotor Beacon for Desks

This is a desk version of the b2vn's LED beacon. I plan on using it for visual cues at my desk. My monitors face the wall so I can use the beacon to see progress of processes from the kitchen without having to check my computer. Code for that is buggy and in-prog so it's not worth sharing currently. No gluing between parts is needed. The base is tight enough to the cover. You can glue the center to your base if needed. I did glue the LED strip to the center just to make things easier. At the base's current orientation the layer seems should be facing the rear.
