This addon is for the Stage-Inspired LED Spotlight by Depronized.http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2051738 I made this addon to secure the LED curcuitry in place and have it be locked in after the whole Spotlight has been glued together. Also wanted to be able to use short M3 screws, so there are spots you can put the nuts in place before assembly. Recommend using a glue to secure them during assembly. When glueing, remove the screw first so it doesn't get glued in place. Step 2 Using the reference LED's in the original Spotlight instructions (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2051738). Insert the PCB in the spacer in the orientation that the wires will go along the body of the spacer. Step 3 Slide the spacer into the spot_back and line up the screw holes. Using an M3x16, attach the spot_holder to the spot_back on each side. Step 4 Line up the locking collar to the space with the top layer facing the spacer. This should be a tight fit, but the pillars on the spacer will fit into the locking collar. Step 5 Using whatever type of glue you desire, attach the spot_front or spot_front_short to the assembled spot_back piece. I used Gorilla Super Glue, so I had to use clamps on it until it dried. You should have to squeeze the pieces together with a small amount of pressure. This pressure keeps the locking collar in place and the whole assembly from moving. Updates Spacer v2 Update Moved the M3 nut indentations to the outside wall. No more glue to hold the nut in place. The stage light housing will hold the nuts in place now.
