Lee Classic Turret Bullet Ramp - Updated

This is a bullet ramp for the Lee Classic Turret when using a bullet kicker that uses the OEM indexing rod kicking the case to the right. The ramp has a clamp with a pivot on the bottom which fits on the side of an Akro Mills style bin. The Pivot Cap file replaces the same part in the Bullet Ramp Pivot file (resized). It may be necessary to file the edges of the Pivot Cap and/or the Pivot Stand to fit due to differences in printers and filament. Assembly: 1. Assemble the pivot hinge by inserting the center hinge piece into the main hinge piece. Ensure that the Pivot Stand recess is outward. Insert the hinge pin. You can apply a small quantity of glue to the open end. 2. Test fit then glue the hinge into the slot on the top of the clamp. 3. Test fit the Pivot Cap and Pivot Stand in the Pivot recess on the bottom of the ramp. Place the Pivot Stand in the recess, then push the Pivot Cap into the recess allowing the Pivot Stand to protrude through the Pivot Cap. Some sanding/filing of the pieces may be necessary. The Pivot Cap should fit snugly while the Pivot Stand must be able to rotate freely within the Pivot Cap. Once both pieces fit properly, apply glue to the edge of the PIVOT CAP only. Place the Pivot Stand in the recess then push the Pivot Cap down into the recess. Turn the Pivot Stand to ensure it does become glued to the ramp or Pivot Cap. 4. Test fit the hinge/clamp assembly onto the Pivot Stand. Glue the hinge/clamp to the Pivot Stand. The assembly should pivot and fold freely. This allows for ease of placement of the ramp on the bin. It may be necessary to use a small shim between the bin and the clamp to keep it from moving.
