Not good at building? Well here is the flume for your Leffel Turbine. Designed to go with my Leffel Turbine, Model Z: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3004031 Put the turbine into the drain at the bottom and put it in a stream or water source. (For the most part, it requires a dam) As of 11/26/18- The flume bulkhead has been completely redrawn, an improvement over the previous version.
