This is a remix of Gyrobot's Mount for Prusa i3 E3D Titan extruder. Since I found some problems when trying to mount the extruder into my printer, I decided to make some major adjustments to the extruder design. I have a geeetech Prusa i3x but it should fit most Prusa 3D printers. Some of the problems I had: Endstop in the x carriage is not hit The fan on the back collided with the printer's structure A lot of printing area was lost. You will need: -1 x Printed extruder mount -1 x Printed fan mount -1 x M3x30 bolt (already included in kit) -1 x M3x35 bolt (already included in kit) -1 x M3x20 bolt -1 x M3 nut -1 x M3 x 55 bolt (Optional, this is to screw the upper side of the fan, however it is not necessary. I have used it with one bolt with no problem) I came with the solution of inverting the extruder and adding an extended endstop, this way the blowing fan can be mounted in front of the extruder just in the remaining space of the endstop. I included a hole to mount an inductive sensor for autoleveling. There are two versions, one for the common 12mm and other for a 18mm capacitive sensor. Also, I included a modified fan mount to fit in front of the titan extruder and direct the air towards the nozzle. To mount: use an M3 x 35 on the top corner and M3 x 30 on the lower corner to mount the holder. Next, screw the fan to the mount with a M3x20 bolt and nut. You can find also Solidworks original files if you need further customization. Print Settings Printer: Geeetech Prusa i3x Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.3 Infill: 25 Notes: The fan mount needs support just in printbed
