We all know that LEGO pieces break sometimes. If you have small children, they may break it very often. Thankfully, we have 3D printing at home now. So it takes only 30 minutes from holding a broken LEGO piece until you can give your child a new one. We've done four pieces in four minutes on our RepRap printer. Instructions Good result can be achieved with 0.2 mm extrusion width and 0.3 mm layer height. Alhough we haven't tried smalled extrusion width, it may help to make the piece smoother. Anything thicker than 0.2 mm will probably be useless.
