Lego connecting rods

thingiverse

An openscad file to build thin connecting rods for locomotives in Lego. Inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4667644. The holes are equivalent to thin beam holes (4mm) Tolerances are rather loose (0.1mm) and supports are included. The stl is for the BlueBrixx V60 in 8w. The openscad file is easy to use: * Change the value of **Hole_Extra** on line 28 to loosen/tighen tolerances. It depends a lot on the printer and on elephants foot correction. * On the last line, change the list to have the hole positions on the rod. I start counting at 0. For instance **rod([0,4,5], beam=true);** produces a rod that is 6 studs long and has 3 holes: o---oo
