My son thinks 3D printers exist to create an ARMY OF CLONE TROOPERS! So be it. Actual 1:1 minifig scale. With a minor amount of X-Acto cleanup they do go on a Lego baseplate and the upper hand can hold a weapon. The rest of the body is immobile, it is one solid unit. The helmet and chest were modeled by me and are not the same as an official Lego clone trooper minifig. For best results, build standing up with support and a brim. My Printrbot Simple Metal makes a pair of these in a little over an hour at 20% fill.
