LEGO (R) Compatible T72 Gear. Created with DesignSpark Mechanical(ver.2015.0). I tested the old model and fixed the gear shape. Gear Spec: Module(m) : 1 Pressure Angle (a): 20 deg Pitch Diameter(d): 72 mm Addendum(Outside) Diameter: 74 mm(= d + m x 2) * Root Diameter: 69.5 mm(= d - m x 2.5) Base Diameter: 67.66 mm(= d x cos(a) ) *) It would be better to use 'd + m x 1.5', because the gear shape is too pointy as a LEGO gear.
