Hi I'm Sam LEE I've made the traffic signal lamps , One is use 4 LED (RED, YELLOW,LEFTTURN,GREEN) and other is JUST for normal RED and GREEN Lights . It's designed for Arduino Project first. You can use Traffic Light System Simulator Project with Arduino. or Raspberry PI GPIO . And you can put it on the LEGO base plate as well. Please send me email if you need solidworks file also.
