I've dabbled with Lego Technic pieces for a while now and pondered whether I could create my own custom Lego Technic parts using 3D printing technology. This is a prototype of an 11-stud long axle that can be 3D printed to replace part #23948. Caution: Printing this design may require some finesse, as it's been challenging to perfect. To achieve the best fit, I highly recommend setting your printer to 0.1mm layer height. This innovative design is my entry in the #FIXMYTOY MyMiniFactory design challenge.
