Lego wheel hub

Lego wheel hub

This is a hub I designed so I could use Lego 24mm x 14mm tires on an antweight combat robot that I'm building. The hub is a tight press fit for a 3mm D-shaft. I designed it specifically for the tiny N20 micrometal gear motors that are commonly used in antweight combat robots. N20 motors are widely available - I ordered mine from Pololu. I had plenty of the Lego tires on hand, but they can be easily purchased on eBay.

I printed the hubs out of PLA with a color change so that the rim and spokes can be a different color.

The gcode is for a Prusa Mini and it is for a full set of four hubs using the “0.15mm QUALITY” profile in PrusaSlicer. The gcode includes a filament change if you want to change colors. I've also included the STEP files in case you need to modify the design for a different shaft or whatever.
