Leia/Luke/Rebel Commando Endor Donut Helmet - Star Wars Return of the Jedi

3D model of the Endor Rebel Trooper helmet from Star Wars : the Return of the Jedi. Same helmet for Luke and Leia, as well as some Rogue One Rebel Troopers (with a different decals however), and Battlefront desert trooper. Enjoy and please show us the ones you make ! IMPORTANT !!! Note regarding the size !!!! This helmet is sized for a 58-62cm perimeter head (at hear level) (roughly 16cm*20cm). If you are ~54cm perimeter, you should print at 93% size. And even lower/bigger size if your head is smaller/bigger. Multiple versions available : - Full or 4parts. To print at once or in 4 parts (fit a 15*15*15cm printer). - With or Without decals. In the movie some Endor trooper have the decals but not all. Leia and Luke have it. This "decals" is meant to disappear almost completely when doing the surface finishing, but still here to help paint it. - 3 possibles "back part". There has been debate if it's indented or not the stripes in the back of the helmet, and the shape. The Costumes book about Original Trilogy clearly show it's just paint and squared corners. However, I put indented version and squared or rounded corners for people preferring that. Please check instructions on the pictures for assembly order of the 4 parts version. In full or 4 parts case you will still have to trim the "brims" to fit to your head. See above my Make in the pictures. Printed in ABS, assembled and glued with abs-acetone paste, sanded, acetone smooth and sanded again. Primed, and painted with airbrush and "mustard technique" for the paint chips. Please note that the model is free of any bumps in it, but using hot air fun (be careful!), and a tool to push the plastic, you can add some if desired. See examples in my Make.
