Introducing the *Lightweight TUSH* - The Ultimate Spool Holder When it comes to 3D printing, a large portion of the filament Is consumed on accessories for the printer itself! which is why I like to keep my accessory prints as light as possible Based on 608 bearings, I present to you the lightweight TUSH. It is simple, easy, sexy, comfy. and most importantly it only uses **19g of filament** for the entire print. The separated pieces are very fragile before being assembly due to their lightweight but are very rigid once assembled properly. **Extra materials needed:** 1. 608 Bearings Qty:4 2. M3x8 Bolts Qty:4 3. M3 nuts Qty:4 **Assembly:** 1. Remove the support to clear the bolts' pathway, they pop out easily with a razor. 2. Start with press-fitting the two bearings to one side 3. Carefully align the second piece placing the puzzle ridges on top of each other, while simultaneously press-fitting the second piece into the bearings. **Note:** be very careful during this stage as the separated pieces are very fragile before being assembled. 4. Place two M3 nuts into one of the pieces and screw two bolts from the other side, do not overtighten. 5. Repeat. 5. The base plates (holder) are designed for a press-fit, press slightly on the assembled tush, and fit into the ridges of the holder. **Print Settings:** - Material: PLA or PLA+ - Nozzle: 0.4mm - Wall Thickness: 1.2 (count:3) - Infill: 40% - Layer height: 0.2mm - Initial layer speed: 15-20mm/s - Adhesion: Skirt - Support: on - **Support Placement: Touching Buildplate** - **Support Angle: 45.0 ** - no need for scaling
