The whole point of the idea is to build a stand that has solar panels fitted on top. With this, outlet sockets could be fitted to allow charging(phones, laptops). They could also power nearby street lights. It's in its implementation stages on the school campus, but offers potential everywhere( bus stops, food courts, etc).
