Lenovo Explorer Windows Mixed Reality DIY Headband Strap

This is something I threw together when the halo-looking headband on my Lenovo Explorer broke. It attaches to both sides of the headset with some double-sided sticky tape, and then you attach a headband to it. Replacement headbands can be found on FPV goggles, cheap phone VR headsets, and maybe a headlamp if you're lucky. I find this to be more comfortable than the original headband anyway, so I guess it's a win-win. To attach the top strap, I stuck a trimmed paintbrush between the two attachment points, and put the strap around the pencil. My FPV goggle headband strap has a width of 25mm. I'd highly recommend RocketPigeon's design if you've got a Vive strap, or yours is wider than 30mm. Hope this works for you as well as it did for me.
