<p>This is a case designed to hold a Lenovo USI Pen.</p><p>It has a funnel in the lid to protect the tip of the pen.</p><p>I have included the FreeCAD (Link Branch) file if you'd like to make a remix.</p><p>Some post-processing is required as described in the section below.</p><h3>Print Settings</h3><p>Make sure to print the lid upside down.</p><h3>Post-Printing <strong>Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li>Drill a small hole near the bottom of the overlap section of the base piece, to allow air to escape while putting on the lid</li><li>Sand down the outside of the overlap section of the base piece a little until the lid slides on with the desired amount of friction</li><li>Sand a 45° chamfer into the top of the lid and bottom of the base to remove any sharp edges or elephant footing</li><li>Cut a small piece of felt or corrugated cardboard and slip it down into the bottom of the base piece to act as a cushion</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p>Category: Electronics</p>
