This is the Oculus Rift CV1 Prescription (rectangular) lens adaptor" by unfinishedteleporter cut in half to fit the bed of my Monoprice Select Mini 3D Printer v2. I drilled a couple of tiny holes where they attach and then crazy glued in finishing nails (stiff wire would be fine) to function as dowels for extra strength.
