The lens cap of my panasonic Leica Summilux 25mm f/1.4 always fell off while hiking or when in my bag, so I designed one that attaches to the front of the lens the same way the lens hood does: you slide it over the top, then rotate it into place. It fits perfectly and is much more reliable than the original lens cap.
