Lens Trays 50mm - 1in

We use 50mm (2in) in several labs and I got tired of the lenses laying about scratching against each other in a box so I designed these two trays. The one has square slots and the other curved slots. They also stack nicely and also fit well into 7.5" x x11.5" cardboard trays. 12 trays to a box, so 120 lenses. Brother 12mm label printer works well for labels on the front of each tray. ### Print settings Nothing special. I used natural PLA at 0.2mm layer height and probably 20% infill (I don't remember). --- Please give me a like if you decide to use one of my things. It encourages me to share more.
