This is a v6 compatiable cooling shroud based on the leon me gen 4 Updates to nozzle postion, in firmware you will have to adjust y -5 mm, and x-0.5 mm for the nozzle postion Parts: M3.5 by 12mm * 4, m3.5 by 25mm * 2, m3.5 bolts *6, and the 4 bolts to mount the 40*40 fan. 5015 fan *2, 40*40*10 or 40*40*20 fan * 1. Print material, idealy use petg or abs, just make sure that what ever material you print this out of is going to be able to handle the temps without warping Mount, place 2 bolts into the back of the base plate and then mount the assembly, place in your v6 hotend assembly into the bracket and and then using the 25 m3.5 bolts fasten the couple to secure the v6 hotend into place, if the v6 hotend is rotating then add some masking to the couple and refasten. Then mount the cooling ducts, and have the bottom of the duct around 3-5 mm away from the tip of the nozzle, place the 5015 fans in, these are meant to be friction fit, if loose you can either tie them down or try to modify them to get the screw in. do a quick test to make sure the air is under the nozzle and happy printing Bl touch offsets (x, y) Fan mounted( -23.165, -30.12) stand alone (-21.5, -17.275)
