Lerdge display frame for Prusa Steel clone

After installing Lerdge board into my Prusa Steel clone I have an ugly holes around the screen, especially because it is third screen which I installed on that printer, and the original hole in the frame has been made for fourth screen model. :) In my case the screen installed below the surface of the frame panel, so part which I designed has a bezel with the 2 mm height on the back side. That's why supports is needed for printing.
