Let's Split Angled High Profile Case
thingiverse
This is a high-profile version of the original design at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2626039. Use the bottom plates from the same thing, located at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2626039. I have not yet printed this design; I will update it once I am able to do so. When V2 is finished printing, I will get some pictures uploaded. Next, I plan on printing V2.5 and assembling the case before taking any photos. Currently, I'm experimenting with switch plate thicknesses to achieve the best fitment possible. Once I'm satisfied with the results, I'll post some pictures online. V3 should have the most consistent thickness compared to other plate-style cases. Feel free to try out this design in the meantime, even though it's not yet complete. This design should follow the same tolerances as the original thing on Thingiverse. V2 Changelog: - Countersunk holes are now included for TRRS and Micro-USB ports. - The switch seating has been improved. - I've fixed issues with the high-profile height and spacing around keys. V2.5 Changelog: - The plate thickness of MX slots is now 1.4, up from .75. This change should make switches more snugly seated in place. V3 Changelog: - The plate thickness of MX slots has been changed to 1.55, matching the thickness used on other plate-style cases.
