Lever collet closer for lathe spindle, Haas TL1

Model represents lever operated closer for lathe spindle. It is designed for 2011 Haas TL1 lathe. However, some parts are present only for visualisation or their dimensions are not quite adequate (shaft, lathe back side, pulling rod). After some modifications this design can be used with my another model - lathe spindle.Collet closer can be operated by hand or by pneumatic/hydraulic cyllinder. Clamping force are setted by positioning of "pulling rod bush" on "pulling rod". It remains closed even after loss of pressure. Steel balls are used to apply tension to 5C collet.Momentum from the shaft itself to collet is transferred by friction force of 5C collet cone and by steel balls that working on deep channels of pulling bush.If You are interested in this design, send me a message.
