I got the idea from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2805221 but I designed it from scratch. It grips really good and is very durable, also since there is a screw that presses the button you can adjust the height and the feel of the lever, on mine I added a little leather sleeve as well. You will need an M3 screw and nut, and a self tapping screw roughly 3mm in diameter.
