Used a .0625" end mill, 35 ipm feed and 10,000 rpm The attached CAD files (DXF and DWG) are designed to use 3mm (.118") thick Lexan The Lexan used was 3mm - Translucent White NOTE: Do not use acrylic as it cracks and shatters easily.
