A custom 8x10 film holder i designed for my brother. As of now i did not build one of these, so if you build one before i do, i woud enjoy your feedback. It is designed to be machined on a cnc machine, the darkslide will be manufactured out of aluminum sheet material. To adapt the design my fusion 360 file is included, so you can customize it to your needs. In the back side of the top layer a notch is placed, some kind of stiff opaque fabric can be glued in as a kind of light trap. As you might be able to tell this is still work in progress. Feel free to modify and update the design.
