Needed to make an adapter plate to mount my LG Touchscreen onto my VESA wall mount. It's been holding well for a couple of weeks now. Instructions Printed at 70% infill. Use threadlocker when assembling. Important note - Make sure your mount has space for the M4 bolts needed to attach the two pieces. If not, you'll need to either make countersunk holes for the bolt heads or print as a single unit. Needs a 6 inch #8 rod (or M4) and two associated locknuts (or nut and lock washer combo) through the main area to connect to the monitor. Connect plate to adapter so that the lip of the adapter faces down, and join it using M4 bolts (two 20mm and two 16mm),nuts, and lock washers. The VESA holes use M5 bolts (4 20 or 16mm) and again, nuts and lock washers. Avoid over-tightening as you may cause snaps in the plastic (I had minor separation but it's still solid). the threaded rod needs to be pretty tight to "stick" when you tilt the monitor, but the monitor still seems to droop a bit after a few days. I may update the design to counteract that, as I had meant to when I made it. I cut down a USB B (printer) cable to fit my oversized VideoSecu Vesa mount, but I would recommend getting a 90 degree cable instead.
